1. To create an egalitarian society through public welfare works and schemes such as people’s participation.
2. To implement creative and policy plans to make village panchayats self-reliant for the establishment of village self-rule.
3. To implement ideal city planning programs and policies to make urban local bodies self-reliant for the establishment of city self-rule.
4. To implement public welfare programs by establishing ideal standards of cooperation with public participation.
5. To become a participant in the process of building a self-reliant nation by establishing institutions of education, health, self-employment, agriculture, animal husbandry and village industry for the basic needs of the society in national life.
6. To implement policy programs for environmental protection, promotion and protection of wildlife by propounding the importance of environmental protection in national life.
7. To implement policy programs by following high standards of equality for the creation of a just law and order in national life.
8. To implement policies and programmes for the welfare of scheduled castes, scheduled tribes, backward classes , minorities and weaker sections of the society under the principle of special opportunity.
9. To preserve and promote monuments and historical sites of national importance.
10. To implement constructive programmes to establish freedom of thought, expression, belief, religion, spirituality and worship in national life.
11. To implement constructive programmes and policies for the creation of world peace and just world orderat the international level.

About Rajendra Prasad Welfare Foundation
Rajendra Prasad Welfare Foundation is a charitable organization registered under the Companies Act of the Government of India. Its registered national headquarters is located in the capital, New Delhi.
The Foundation is inspired by the life, values, and principles of Dr. Rajendra Prasad, the first President of the Republic of India. Established with the vision of contributing to public welfare and nation-building, it upholds the principles, values, and ideals enshrined in the Constitution of India.
Operating at a national level, the Foundation implements various policies and programs aimed at fostering inclusive growth and development.

1-जनता द्वारा जनता की सहभागिता से लोक कल्याणकारी कार्यों एवं योजनाओं के माध्यम से समतामूलक समाज का निर्माण करना।
2- ग्राम स्वराज्य की स्थापना के लिए ग्राम पंचायतों को आत्मनिर्भर बनाने हेतु रचनात्मक एवं नीतिगत योजनाओं का क्रियान्वयन करना।
3- नगर स्वराज्य की स्थापना के लिए नगरीय स्थानीय निकायों को आत्मनिर्भर बनाने हेतु आदर्श नगर योजना कार्यक्रमों एवं नीतियों का क्रियान्वयन करना।

5- राष्ट्रीय जीवन में समाज की बुनियादी आवश्यकताओं के लिए शिक्षा, स्वास्थ्य, स्वरोजगार, कृषि, पशुपालन और ग्राम उद्योग की संस्थाओं की स्थापना करके आत्मनिर्भर राष्ट्र निर्माण की प्रक्रिया में सहभागी बनना।
6- राष्ट्रीय जीवन में पर्यावरण संरक्षण के महत्व को प्रतिपादित करते हुए पर्यावरण संरक्षण, संवर्धन और वन्य जीवों की रक्षा के लिए नीतिगत कार्यक्रमों का क्रियान्वयन करना।
7- राष्ट्रीय जीवन में न्यायपूर्ण कानून व्यवस्था के निर्माण हेतु समानता के उच्च मानकों का पालन करते हुए नीतिगत कार्यक्रमों का क्रियान्वयन करना।
8- अनुसूचित जातियों, अनुसूचित जनजातियों, पिछड़े वर्गों , अल्पसंख्यकों और समाज के कमजोर वर्गों के कल्याण के लिए विशेष अवसर के सिद्धांत के तहत नीतियों और कार्यक्रमों का संचालन करना।
9- राष्ट्रीय महत्व के स्मारकों और ऐतिहासिक स्थलों का संरक्षण और संवर्धन करना।
10- राष्ट्रीय जीवन में विचार, अभिव्यक्ति, विश्वास, धर्म, आध्यात्म और उपासना की स्वतंत्रता को स्थापित करने हेतु रचनात्मक कार्यक्रमों का क्रियान्वयन करना।
11- अंतरराष्ट्रीय स्तर पर विश्व शांति और न्यायपूर्ण विश्व व्यवस्था के निर्माण के लिए रचनात्मक कार्यक्रमों और नीतियों का क्रियान्वयन करना।
