1. बुनियादी ढांचे का विकास

स्वच्छ पेयजल और स्वच्छता – सुरक्षित पेयजल और उचित स्वच्छता सुविधाएँ उपलब्ध कराना।
सड़क और विद्युतीकरण परियोजनाएँ – सड़कों, स्ट्रीट लाइटिंग और ग्रामीण विद्युतीकरण के विकास में सहयोग।

2. आजीविका और आर्थिक सशक्तिकरण
