राजेन्द्र प्रसाद वेलफेयर फाउंडेशन यह मानता है कि न्याय हर व्यक्ति के लिए समान रूप से सुलभ होना चाहिए, चाहे उसकी सामाजिक या आर्थिक स्थिति कुछ भी हो। हमारा मिशन कानूनी जागरूकता फैलाना, निःशुल्क कानूनी सहायता प्रदान करना और जरूरतमंद लोगों को न्याय दिलाना है।
हमारी प्रमुख पहलें
1. निःशुल्क कानूनी सहायता और सहयोग
वंचित समुदायों के लिए कानूनी सहायता – आर्थिक रूप से कमजोर वर्गों को निःशुल्क कानूनी परामर्श प्रदान करना।
प्रो बोनो (निःशुल्क) कानूनी सेवाएँ – ज़रूरतमंदों को अनुभवी वकीलों से जोड़कर कानूनी प्रतिनिधित्व दिलाना।
विवाद समाधान और मध्यस्थता – मध्यस्थता और परामर्श के माध्यम से विवादों का शांतिपूर्ण समाधान प्रोत्साहित करना।
2. कानूनी जागरूकता और अधिकारों की शिक्षा
कानूनी अधिकारों पर कार्यशालाएँ – मौलिक अधिकार, महिलाओं के अधिकार, श्रम कानून और उपभोक्ता अधिकारों पर जागरूकता कार्यक्रम आयोजित करना।
घरेलू हिंसा एवं संरक्षण कानून – महिलाओं और परिवारों को घरेलू हिंसा और उत्पीड़न से बचाने वाले कानूनों के बारे में शिक्षित करना।
बाल अधिकार एवं मानवाधिकार जागरूकता – बाल संरक्षण कानून, मानवाधिकार और शिक्षा के अधिकार के बारे में जागरूकता फैलाना।
3. अन्याय के शिकार लोगों के लिए सहयोग
महिला और बाल अधिकारों के लिए कानूनी सहायता – घरेलू हिंसा, उत्पीड़न और दुर्व्यवहार के पीड़ितों को न्याय दिलाने में सहायता करना।
वंचित श्रमिकों के अधिकार – श्रमिकों, किसानों और दिहाड़ी मजदूरों को उनके कानूनी अधिकारों के प्रति जागरूक करना और उनका दावा करने में मदद करना।
वरिष्ठ नागरिक और दिव्यांग अधिकार – बुजुर्गों और दिव्यांग व्यक्तियों के अधिकारों की रक्षा के लिए कानूनी सहायता प्रदान करना।
